About Us
We are a nonprofit, charitable (501c3) animal welfare organization that works to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Bulloch County. By helping increase the number of cats and dogs that are spayed or neutered the Humane Society of Statesboro and Bulloch County helps to reduce the number of unwanted animals produced. Some members foster unwanted animals in their homes and present them at weekend adoption events. We also work to educate the citizens of Bulloch County on humane pet treatment and the value of spaying and neutering. We work in conjunction with the Bulloch County Animal Shelter, as well as other animal rescue groups, to accomplish these goals.

Our monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at St Matthews Catholic Church, Gentilly Road at John Paul Avenue, Statesboro, Georgia.
New members are always welcome!
